Position Title: Field Inspector - Southwestern, MD
Job Description: The position will involve performing field inspections of construction sites. Professional and courteous interaction will be necessary with contractors, property oweners, design professionals and municipal officials. Responsibilities include: answering phone calls, scheduling inspections, and completing related paperwork.
Job Requirements: Passing scores on International Code Council (ICC) tests or the ability to pass these tests. The available position is for a multi-disciplined inspector. Candidate must have the ability to perform inspections in the following disciplines: building, fire protection, accessibility, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Successful applicant must provide verification of driving license and driving history.
Entry Level: Must have experience in related field.
